We’ve made Business Online Banking even better! As of September 15, you’ll notice a refreshed look and new features designed to make managing your business finances easier and more efficient.
What’s New? A Fresh Modern Look!
Our platform has been redesigned with a cleaner, more intuitive interface to help you find what you need faster.
Payments Made Simple: The Business Banking menu option will be removed, as it’s no longer needed for access or functionality. Access to Bill Pay, ACH, Wires, and Positive Pay is now grouped under a single Payments menu.
Easier Admin Tools: Manage your users and permissions through the new Business Management section, found under My Profile.

Smarter Features to Save You Time
Streamlined Payments Menu: If your business only uses Bill Pay, that’s all you’ll see – no clutter, just what you need.
If you’re enrolled in additional services like Wires, ACH or Positive Pay, they’ll appear in a convenient dropdown under Payments.
Improved User Management
Admins can now manage the following all from the My Profile – Business Management section.
- Add or remove users
- Assign permissions
- Reset passwords

Enhanced Security with Multi-Factor Authentication
We’re simplifying access to services like Wires and ACH. You’ll now confirm your activity by using Multi-Factor Authentication – no separate token required!
